I had been using an E-Road Bike and done a lot of looking when the time came to replace it.I spotted this bike with a voucher and it was within my budget. Delivery was quick, ordered it on a Wednesday evening and by the following Friday afternoon it was delivered.Opening the box. The Bike, tool kit, combination lock, throttle, pump, bell, battery charger, two battery keys and a comprehensive instruction manual.Putting the bike together took perhaps 45 minutes. I am no bike technician. The handlebars need lifting and securing into place, front wheel to be attached, kick stand and bell. A quick inflation of the tires with the pump provided. The throttle can be attached, if needed, but I chose not to at present.The instructions are not perfect, but good enough to help with the assembly, there is a quick online video that also may help if you find it confusing. The addition of the tool kit means you will have all tools needed at hand (contained in a small waterproof pouch).Initial charging took around 5 hours, the charger does cut off once the battery is full. The battery can be charged without removal by the three pinned plug attachment.The display, is full colour and very easy to understand, with a good layout of any info a rider may need.I am 181 cms (6ft) tall, sitting astride the bike, my feet are flat on the ground.The bike has gears, if you wish to peddle without assistance. (Where is the fun in that?)Three peddle assist modes are available (level one 8 mph, level two 12.5 mph and level three 15.5 mph. The bike can be unlocked to give a top speed of 20 mph in assist mode three)The power kicks in after about two rotations of the crank, not the smoothest transition from motor to wheels, but not scary, it climbs to up to the 15.5 mph limit and again it drops away quickly the moment you stop pedalling and the fat tyres do not help with rolling resistance, the speed does bleed off very quickly, not a problem for me, as it helps with braking.There is no effect in pedalling faster, once you hit the 15.5 mph limit in Assist mode three, that is it.This bike is not made for speeding. Its a cruiser, sit comfortably, turn the pedals and let the world just trundle by, as you whistle your way to your destination, you can practically just turn the pedals and sit at 15.5 mph, smiling for your whole journey, with next to zero effort. The headlight is bright and the rear light doubles as a brake light, when you hit the brakes.I find I smile widest when the Lycra clad crew slowly pass me and accuse me of cheating. (Apologies to all Lycra clad cyclists, I did not realise we were in a race).The bike is fun to ride, the seat is so comfortable, the riding position perfect, the full size mudguards keep the water and dirt away and the suspension works well.Like I said its just a pleasure, I ride along smiling getting from A to B with minimal effort.The bike gets a lot of comments and looks from people, its retro styling appealed to me and from comments of others, its seems to be a good style.Its well put together, stylish and the perfect run about for work on a daily commute. I do 12 (2 x 6) miles per day on my commute, generally sitting in assistance mode 3 the whole time and have the lights on at all times I am riding, I get three days of a full charge of the battery.All in all I am very pleased with the purchase. It does not have a well known brand name down the side of it, nor does it have all the best components available. Nor will it be entered into any Cycling Tours.It is a simply put together, value for money bike that will get you comfortably where you wish to go.It does however offer endless smiles on a budget, a fun and comfortable ride, gets me to work and back everyday with minimal effort from me.Customer service and support from the seller is quick and very good.

The media could not be loaded.  Where do I start. Man, this is SO COOL !!! its like a monkey bike. It’s absolutely amazing to ride so much fun. It looks awesome, sick design, super comfy bench seat, solid build very chunky not so heavy you can’t move it thank goodness…10/10 for the design and a pleasure to ride. Handlebars are great , shimano brakes work really well, accelerates very quickly but sooo smoothly. Excellent control on speed just turn the handle bar / throttle - you don’t need to pedal and like you can imagine if you turn the throttle hard you go FAST …if you are gentle and slowwwwly turn the throttle/handlebar you will take off slow and smooth, it’s very intuitive… tbh after flying around for a few days absolutely hammering around the fields and country paths in my town I’m now just cruising now and enjoying the attention the bike gets! You never have to worry about getting a puncture with these fat 4inch tyres, not only are they super cushioning and absorbent they hold the road and all surfaces perfectly. Going over gravel is dead easy as well as grass and pavement. I am loving riding this, several people have stopped me to ask what it is and where I bought it! Battery life seems to be way better than I hoped not had to charge it once yet. Came with a good toolkit Inc a absolutely awesome mini bicycle pump. The quality is exceptional. I’m so happy with this. Came almost fully assembled which is a bonus and putting the handlebars on I wasn’t quite sure so watched the video and it took 5 mins. Appreciate the free bike lock as I didn’t have one. The headlights are AMAZING…as good as a cars, soo bright and big, I’m a bit chunky and the suspensions very very good. The seats nice and comfy and when I have ridden off roads around the country side here it’s very easy to transition from road to grass to stoney ground without any issues. I am struggling to convey just how awesome this bike is. Sick design, incredibly well made, solid, robust materials, everything works well. The LCD screen is easy to read and shows everything clearly and no matter the weather you can see the info clearly. Hands down THE BEST thing I have bought on here this year :D

The bike , when is working , is great. But , after a month she stop working. I just use the bike to go to work and I keep inside of my house. Is been 3 weeks since . I waste a lot of money for nothing. Think better before buy this one. Seller don't replay anymore. The worse thing I ever done.UptakeTook a long time and lots of emails back and forth, and new parts sent by them , but now the bike is working like it should !

I researched long and hard for a suitable e-bike before taking the leap with the BK29. I’ve had it for 5 months. It’s exceeded my high expectations. Was easy to assemble and is well made and robust. It’s Road legal (you can set it to pedal assist only) but it’s a stupid law as it’s much easier to control with the throttle on. For off road the 15.5 mph limit is easily over-ridden to get it to 20mph. I ride it on roads, bridle ways and dirt tracks. It takes all in its stride. I live on a 25% hill and it goes up with only a tiny bit of pedal power. It cruises for hours. Very comfortable and great handling. Suspension front and back. And it looks so cool. So much fun to ride.So some small niggles; when pedalling the seat starts to chaff the inside of your thigh after a while, but be honest, you’re not buying this to pedal too much. The suspension is a bit hard but at this price it’s more than acceptable.I would prefer hydraulic brakes but the cable ones are adequate and conversion is easy and cheap if required.Honesty, at this price point there is nothing like it.I’ve recommended this to my friends and do to anyone.

Ho comprato la bk29 ad agosto 2023..lho testata in qualsiasi tracciato sono rimasto veramente a dir poco impressionato.Computer di bordo completo puoi modificare le caratteristiche della bike come pedalata assistita o acceleratore. Memorizza anche tutte le fasi del percorso display veramente intelligente. I freni a disco corrispondono bene alla frenata, anche se li ho cambiati con quelli idraulici. Le sospensioni funzionano in qualsiasi tracciato quello posteriore si può regolare con facilità al vostro peso comoda e divertente la consiglio.Nb. Non è una bike per ragazzi almeno dovresti essere alto 1,70 per essere comodo alla guida fino a un 1,90 testata da un amico mio

E-Bike looks and feels good. I've tried it for the first time and it feels so heavy but once you get familiar with it then you'll get used to it. The only downside for this E-Bike is that you can't install sidebags or rails because of it's form factor but overall I am satisfied & happy.

Esta bicicleta eléctrica cumple con las normas de circulación europeas y sigue siendo divertida. A pesar de la potencia legalmente baja, se conduce con fuerza montaña arriba. La calidad es sensacional por este precio. Un pequeño punto negativo es el lento tiempo de respuesta del asistente de pedaleo.

Ce vélo pour le prix est super ! Ça reste du « chinois » donc vous avez le plus « bas de gamme » du « haut de gamme ». Il faut changer les pneu car il sont fin et creve plus facilement ( le mien a crevé avec une ronce) les freins sont à règle mais sont bien. La batterie a peut être un peu moins d’autonomie qu’annoncer mais est quand même performante !Je l’ai commandé sans grande attente est je suis agréablement surprise ! Pour le prix, super !Possibilité de le débridé avec une vidéo YouTube jusqu’à 32,5 km/h.
