Q: Hi, has anyone had any air bubbles when installing?

Yes!!! The air bubbles were ridiculous!!! I thought I was doing something wrong. But after further look at my tiles once I took the backing off, there were air bubbles between the adhesive and the tile. All the tile!!!! 5 boxes that I ordered all had air bubbles. I had to cut little slits thru the adhesive and push all the bubbles out prior to applying it to the wall. Extremely frustrating

A box of 10 sheets covers about 11.6 Sq.Ft.

Q: Does this product have a plastic/vinyl odor or give off VOCs?

I did not notice any odor, other than a momentary "new car" smell. I am sure if you opened the package aand spread them out, that would dissipate as well. I know you didn't ask this, but they are super easy to use and they seem to be holding up just fine in a very moist area.

Q: What do the edges look like If the cut edge shows? And is there any edging?

I used a paper cuter that you can buy at Walmart. It gives a straight clean cut. I first tried a razor stick I purchased but the vinyl is thick so it didn’t work well. Scissors don’t work either so I highly recommend a paper cutter, it cost like $14.00. I also bought the white peel & stick edging to go on the ends where the tile stops.
