These are built VERY solid, and super easy to install! They look great too!

The package showed up tattered, but all parts were accounted for. We have a 2019 Outlander Sport, and this rack does not fit that model. One of the metal brackets is bent versus straight making it impossible to fit without damaging/modifying the bracket.

These racks work very well on our 2020 Mitsubishi outlander

Took alot to get them on, but once l did l am very pleased.

Was able to hold heavier stuffs than expected.

Update: Here on Amazon, the company advertises their crossbars as "Heavy Duty 220 lbs;" however, the instructions that come with the crossbars state "maximum load limit of 165lbs." - Will be returning these.The directions say to assemble the cross bars first and then attach them to the car. However, this is impossible as the angles of the extension pieces, that screw into the roof, don't line up with the crossbar holes. This is because the main aluminum bars aren't prebowed to match the convex curve of the outlander sport roof. Accordingly, you have to attach one side of a crossbar first and then bend the other side down to create the bow, and screw it in.Once they're in they appear to be solid.

Had an installation issue with one of the components. Very responsive customer service. Offered prompt resolution. AWESOME to work with!
