I ordered this to replace the original one we had as it was worn out. The product was delivered on time, shrink wrapped and in one sturdy box.Upon opening we laid out one mattress for a bit for it to expand and breathe. It puffed up promptly and we put it on the futon frame.This mattress is very well made. Solid construction it's thick and durable. The full size fit the futon perfectly. It has great support for sitting and sleeping. Color is great and all the stitching is intact and perfect. Highly recommend this for anyone needing a futon mattress.

It came compressed and expanded nicely and quickly. It is thick and heavy. The outer cover is thick corduroy. It is comfortable for sitting. Sleeping was not as comfortable due to the deep indentations. Will have to purchase an additional thick mattress cover to even out the surface area for sleeping. I did Not detect any smells. It was actually as thick as stated and is almost too thick for the metal futon base. Overall good quality and thick. Color is a darker shade of gray.

Very discouraged. Bought this as a gift for my granddaughter to use in her first apartment. It did not for the frame well. She covered it with sheets to sleep on. Day after day the buttons are falling off. The stuffing is shifting. I would not recommend purchasing this product. She just made me aware of the problems and now it’s past the 30 return clause. Very disappointing for an expensive product

It's always taking a risk buying things online but this did not disappoint. It's so soft and cushy and exactly as pictured. No smells, came in a nice, smaller than expected, size box and it was easy to get upstairs and unpack. I ordered the full and when first unpacked it will measure more like 50/51inch but once it settles and you sit on it. it ends up stretching out to the 54inches wide. 80inch in length as advertised.I ordered a futon chair frame for it and will update with a picture once I put it all together. Great and beautiful solution for an extra bedroom/temp guest bed...etc.

Worth every penny. Very supportive, large & dense. Individual cushion pockets across the mattress are a plus

Is so comfortable and cute, it just doesn’t fit on the futon frame. I cannot get it to fold to the seated position. So now I have just a bed futon, cannot sit.

*** Editing to add that I bought a kit to put the buttons back on myself. Some of the buttons had actually completely broken because they aren’t made with a thick metal backing so I had to improvise and only do 3 rows of buttons instead of the 4 that the manufacturer did. It took me about an hour with some help to get the buttons back on and to get the mattress back into its intended shape. Looks like some of the stuffing still needs pushed around but it’s usable now at least. I still would not recommend this product to anyone but I did add a second star since I was able to salvage it. This seller could easily improve the quality of the twine and buttons they use and probably even sell this for more money. It’s just poor manufacturing. Also the technique that was used to install the buttons originally was not correct which I’m sure greatly contributed to the buttons falling off so easily. YouTube has several videos with the correct technique. Finally, the processing and shipping time for me to get this mattress makes no sense for how poor quality some of the elements are. ***I had every intention of loving this mattress, let me just say that first. So I waited a few weeks for it to arrive. Mind you, my frame had already arrived and sat in the box while I waited for the mattress.I am a single mother of 3 and we live in a small 2 bedroom apartment so our living room doubles as my bedroom. This mattress was so beautiful when it arrived and it bounced into shape immediately with no issues. It was so comfortable and I never woke up sore from laying on it. With that being said, the buttons started falling off after the first night of sleeping on it. Each night more buttons would fall off and I kept all of them in hopes I could put them back on but I haven’t had the time to even try with how busy I am. So I reached out to the manufacturer and all they offered me was a replacement which required me to return my original mattress (what single mom has the means to haul a full size futon mattress and unload it herself?), or a 50% refund. I asked them what would happen if I opted for the replacement and the same issue arise and instead of answering my question they increased the refund to 60%. I got tired of waiting for their responses so I accepted the 60% refund and decided I would just deal with the mattress until I could afford to replace it. Well I haven’t been able to get a replacement yet and sure enough, more buttons keep falling off. The mattress now won’t even hold its original shape because the buttons were what was holding it into shape. It just falls off of my frame now and I am constantly fixing it and it’s no longer comfortable to even sleep on. Aside from that, the fabric of the mattress is very nice and if the buttons had been done better this would be a 5 star rating. I am deeply disappointed with my entire experience of purchasing this and wouldn’t recommend to anyone else. Purchasing this not only cost me more money in the long run because now I have to find something else, but I also am uncomfortable until I do.

The futon came in great condition. It does not have a bad smell. We are using it as a guest bed/couch for our extra room. Size is in between a full and queen. Only issue we had was that the buttons came off very easily but we didn't care much since it makes it much more comfortable to sleep in. Cleaning is super convenient. I just use a microfiber towel to clean it up and it's all good!
