The rubber mouth piece came out, now I'm using it with only the cylinder.But still able to breathe in and breathe out but my lips get bruised and feels uncomfortable.

Easy to use and clean. Instructional videos are helpful. At one week in I think I can breathe somewhat more deeply. This may be helping with my jogging and swimming, but it is early yet. At first, I was skeptical because of the simplicity of it, but I am so happy I ordered this device.I don’t feel now like I have shortness of breath but do seem to have a little reduced lung capacity (according to a spirometer I got recently). I just found this device- this is a tool that I can actually DO something.. so much more helpful than doctors that just kind of shrug their shoulders. I feel like it really does help. This is exactly what I was looking for really.

Received a damaged piece and still awaiting replacement

I came across Magiple Breathing Trainer as couple of months ago. And I was really curious about how it can helping my reducing stamina and lower my blood pressure a little bit. But I think I have found THE key to improve my stamina, and have "turned the clock" back a few years--at least when it comes to daily walking. And, subjectively, I have fewer daily periods of "feeling tired" and wanting to nap. I'll take it.I don’t want to say Magiple is the only factor in my improvement, but it has definitely helped me.After less than four weeks using the Breather I am a "convert." I enjoy the brief periods of exercising my breathing muscles, am convinced I am doing something important to maintain my ability to take care of myself.

While training even though I had put it correctly in the mouth,a lot of saliva had got collected in its outer part due to which even though while keeping the head up this problem was not coming,this product could be better if it fits in and way the mouth is closed this much that saliva does nit overflow into the product,else everything is perfect
