This is a scientist / doctor costume, to be worn as fancy dress.It contains...- A White Coat- Stick-on Moustache & 2 bushy eyebrows- ID Badge with Lanyard- Round-rim Glasses- Magnifying Glass- Science related stickers (?40 of them)The price is £10 (at the time of my order), and the quality of items suffers a little due to the relatively cheap price.The white coat is quite thin with rough stitching. The glasses frames are slightly warped. The magnifying glass is badly warped - actually this may be the worst magnifying glass lens I have ever held. Images look like those stretchy mirrors you used to get at the fairground. I do think a better magnifying glass should have been included, as the children could have genuinely learned something using a good one. This one is so bad, it is unusable.I don't suppose the above issues matter too much, as it it supposed to be a costume.Sizes? No age range is mentioned in the listing, but the children in the photos look as if they are 4 - 6 years. I would say the white coat is too large for a 6 year old, and probably the youngest age which might fit the child would be 7 - 8 years, and it will probably fit the early teenage years. It may be able to be put on a younger child, but it looks comically large.

It does not include a "mad scientist" wig as stated in the listing. This is great for youngsters who like doing experiments, makes them feel more important having the right look. I do like how the glasses have no lenses as it's safer. The coat is made from polyester and has no stitching defects. The chest size is 28" and the length down the back 26" .
