This cereal tastes great and fits my low carb diet. My complaint is in the shipping. If it comes in a box great. But more often of late it arrives in a brown paper shipping bag and is broken into crumbs from being tossed around. Not acceptable for the price.

This is great in yogurt or on ice cream. A handful for a quick snack is delicious. My family member who is a diabetic loves it. Tastes so delicious.

I love this granola. It is very flavorful, not grainy, and very low sugar.

I’m ore diabetic so I follow a low carb diet and haven’t had cereal in a very long time. It is filling, tastes good and has no weird after taste. This product is great, though pricey. A serving is 1/3 a cup so it isn’t going to be the whole meal for most people but is a good snack (8 carbs) alone or can easily be part of a meal. I see where some people are upset that it has brown rice ( which I normally don’t eat either) but it’s stated “keto friendly”, so don’t buy if you are strictly keto-leave it all for the diabetics who need a low carb low sugar option to cereal.

Very small amount! Great flavor even to eat as a snack out of the bag. Overpriced!!!

This granola tastes so good! Love eating it w/ my zero sugar yogurt & some fruit, & it doesn’t spike my sugar levels. Only 2g of sugar & no added alcohol sugar!!! I just wish it wasn’t so expensive 😩
