Awful service

This speaker is TERRIBLE! What is the point of having a portable speaker if you can't walk 20 feet away from your wi-fi?? It disconnects every time I take it out of the room where I have my wi-fi. I have contacted support twice and have gotten no response. I would not recommend this.

So far I haven't run into any problems with this except for the fact "Alexa" cannot "find" LG Tv's.
