These wrist/ankle cuffs are fantastic value for money! Super comfortable and incredibly effective for isolating specific muscle groups. They allow me to focus entirely on my mid delts during lateral raises without needing to grip a handle, so there’s no tension in my forearm—just pure work on the delt. They’re perfect for any shoulder raise on the cables, but they’re equally amazing when used on the ankles for targeting glutes and hamstrings. Overall, versatile and well-designed, these cuffs have been a game-changer for my workouts!

Great bit of kit to add to your gym bag, I bought these to relieve some pain I was getting in my forearm from standard lateral raises, fair to say they've helped me alot with cable laterals and I don't get any forearm pain now. Very comfy when being used and easy to put on aswel BONUS!

Great straps up to about 30kg when they start to dig in... but they're been very useful for unloading the top of my forearm while still doing lat raises and upright rows as a little tear repairs.

Not used these yet but wanted to jump on and say what good quality they seem. Much better than the rubbish thin ones in my gym, which are also fat too big for me and I have to end up gripping them in my fist. These are pretty suitable for smallish wrists - mine are 17.2cm circumference, and there's still 1.2cm gap between the edges of the neoprene, so could fit 16cm wrists. Not sure if smaller would fit, as the neoprene would then be overlapping, but maybe worth a try anyway if you're smaller than this. Will update my review once I've used them in the gym.EDIT: I've now used these several times in the gym, and a couple of issues mean that I've reduced my rating from 5 to 2 stars.1. You have to wrap the straps really really tight to make these effective. So tight that you're nearly cutting off blood flow to your hands, because2. The 5mm neoprene really isn't thick enough to cushion your wrist very well. Even using modest weights like 7.5kg on a cable stack for lateral raises causes discomfort on the wrists. This is partially related to3. During a lift, the dual triangular loops on either side of the cuffs do not remain in a position such that each carries an equal load. In fact, a very short way into a lift, the full load is being borne by one loop while the other is completely slack (see the 3rd photo I've uploaded). So, while it seems like a good idea to have a loop on either side at 90° to the orientation of the cuff rather than one loop that goes from one side to the other, or two loops that are oriented in line with the cuff, it absolutely is not a good idea.Unfortunately I'm going to have to look for another set of cuffs that reduce or eliminate the problems I have outlined above.EDIT 2: If you're looking at this review, just buy yourself MIRAFIT ANKLE/WRIST STRAPS. They're the best I've found, and eliminate the issues I've outlined in this review.

Got these to eliminate the wrist joint from lateral raises and for my single arm triceps movement's. They were perfect gor the job. Build and quality also seem good.
