UPDATE: after leaving my review, I was contacted by the seller - they've gone above & beyond to fix the issue!! I truly appreciate their efforts and I would absolutely buy from this company again!cons -- fabric on the front of one cushion is starting to unravel/rip (this REALLY upsets me!) // one of the legs won't fully tighten so it shifts when the vacuum touches itpro -- it was easy to put together, came with all the parts and it's incredibly FIRM/supportive (if you have back issues, this couch is what you need) & color is as shown in picsI'm torn with how many stars to give - I love how much support this couch provides but I'm really mad about the cushion faric, especially for the price I paid

Overall, it's not a bad couch—it holds up well and is a nice addition to a small area of your home. Currently, it feels a bit stiff because it still needs to be broken in, but overall, it's quite good. The only thing I would like is for the armrests to actually hook on. I might have done it wrong, but I tried to hook them and they don't stay in place. Luckily, they stay put because the long screw/pole sticks out far enough to fit into the open hole where the armrest is supposed to hook on.

I would absolutely recommend this product it's beautiful it fits into any small room space it's a great item to buy however I would like the cushion to be a little softer it's just firm but I'm okay with that

The sofa was delivered with only two of the four bolts that attach the arms. I have heard several times that they are still “in route”. They finally sent a bag of screws and bolts, none of them the right ones. They told me to go online and buy them. The sofa is nice looking, but the seat cushions are very hard and uncomfortable. They will have to be replaced. I would not buy it again.

So while this was relatively easy to assemble (I did it alone), and it looks pretty much exactly as pictured. I would say that the comfort is subpar at best. As a plus sized person I was looking for something comfortable that I could lounge on after work but this did not meet that expectation. TLDR; Height, ease of build, sturdiness, and product pictures are all good but comfortability is not.
