Question: Are these okay for the snow (ie they wont get soaked)?
Answer: Of course, they are, as the waterproof rubber sole and PU vamp, but not fit for snow too thick as the boots are not high enough.

Question: It's too small, can't put the paws in, why?
Answer: Usually, there are 3 types of reasons: 1. some customers choosing the size according the hind paws, but usually, the front paws are bigger than the hind paws; 2. some oter customers, measure the paw on the air, but as we know, the paws are fatty, they will extend when the dog is walking on the ground; 3.the dog's feet are too fatty or they have too much hair, even the sole of the boots fit for the paws but the opening of the boots stop them in.

Question: It's too big, can't stay on, why?
Answer: Maybe you didn't see
