Digital T-Handle Waterproof Thermometer, with Certificate Traceable to NIST, C/F, -58 to 302F or -50 to 150C, Data-Hold, from Weber Scientific

Small and compact with about a 5" probe. The displays a little hard to see but is pretty fast at measuring temp. I love the fact it is certified and allows me to make more accurate temperature measurements. The certificate was only about 3 weeks old so it's good for almost 2 years as well. Definitely a bargain for a NIST traceable ISO 17025 calibrated thermometer. It can't be recalibrated but for the price the cost would be more to do that than buying another would be.

This is much better than the analog thermometer we used to use. There is no question to the decimal degrees.
