If you have problems with GF, you should try this. The difference between the Italian pizza you eat and the one you eat here is a largely the flour.If you combine that with a really slow long fermentation, you might be quite amazed. In either event, the results are incredibly good in terms of the quality of the dough, and then the quality of the pizza. More than worth the money. One comment however, don’t send them an email with a question. They will never respond to you. I’m talking the company that makes the flower in Italy. They have a consumer email. But no one ever gets back to you. I tried several times without a single response back. My mom and dad were born in Italy so I am not saying this from some sort of prejudice point of view. It was just really shabby for a company that makes such a great product.

Perfect
I bought this product initially to make just sourdough pizzas. It worked perfectly and gave us homemade pizzas with crunchy crush and nice air pockets.Then I tried it with sourdough bread and rolls. The results were perfect. I got rolls with a crusty thin skin and a soft inside. This was far better than using regular bread flour which resulted in a product with a thick hard crust.I plan to use this flour for all my baking needs. Want to try it with homemade sourdough pasta.

Feels like you’re in Italy eating healthy with amazing food. Flour is silky smooth perfect for pizza, bread or pasta! The value nutritionally out weighs the small price you have to pay to get it delivered right to your door.
