Will this car scanner read ABS, SRS, TRANS, TPMS,Networking, Printing ?

Sorry , ATDIAG V850 check engine diagnostic tool can't read ABS, SRS, Trans, TPMS,Networking, Printing , but it offers full OBDII tests including enhance tests such as O2 sensor, misfire and voltage check.

Why I can't erase the fault code?

The fault causing the fault code to show will need to be repaired first then code can be erased.

Why OBD2 Scanner Cannot Clear the DTC?

OBD2 scanner can clear temporary trouble codes by itself. But if it is a persistent fault, after repairing the fault, drive for a period of time or perform a specific driving cycle to meet the clearing conditions.
