Cracked
Mug was cracked, only visible after having tea in it - brown line showed once it had been used. Emailed supplier about how to address but didn’t get a response. It was an expensive mug, unfortunately it was a Christmas gift.

Disappointed
Loved the cup when it arrived it looked fine but as soon as I used it you could see it was cracked! Not keen on reordering only to be disappointed again because I really liked the cup!
