The media could not be loaded. I like that it has 3 roller each provides different relief. It's easy to carry and move from place to place. You can massage both feet at the same time which is a plus. The first time I used it I felt some relief. It feels sturdy and easy to use.

I’m so glad I bought this it helps so much . Just go easy at first especially if you have heal pain . I come home from work and I use this right away and my feet feel so much better and the metal roller when cold ahhh feels so good! Definitely worth it .

Only the top bar is used for icing. I gave a 4 star because with the design, if you have the top ice bar in place, it's hard to use the rollers below, and my foot is not fat. So it would be nice if there was more room between the top bar and the bottom ones. The bottom ones do not detach so you cannot get these cold.But I do like that there are 3 different things you can use on your feet and my feet are small enough to where I can have both my feet on them side by side. Would still recommend.

Love it. Game changer! Fits under my standing desk to use during the day. Haven't tried to do the freeze roller yet but I mainly bought it for the other 2 sides. Very sturdy and does not slip on my wood floor.

Very easy to use sitting or laying down which is so helpful. Seems sturdy, like the three options. Hope it is long lasting.
