I wanted this to work for camping but I only made about 8 cuts and the chain would jump off the bar. It's really frustrating and unsafe to constantly have to take it apart and put the chain on and assemble it all over again. It also spits oil everywhere,every time and that's another downside. I don't know if the batteries are very good because I couldn't get much use out of the saw. I should say this came looking slightly used too, dirty and scuffed up in some areas. This was a waste of time and $.

I got this mini chainsaw and used it the same day. It worked amazing. I charge battery and went to use it again a couple of weeks later and it won’t start. Turns on and has a full battery.

After my husband figured out how to use it, it is a great tool. We use it to trim low hanging branches and clear brush.

I expected little from this chainsaw but got a lot! Battery longevity is very good and the saw powerful enough for tough hard wood.

It died the first time I tried to use it. I went to Home Depot and bought a Black & Decker and it worked great.

Saw made quite a few cuts through 8-20in green logs on 1 charge. Really like ease of chain tightening.

Terrible. "0" star rating! Put saw together, and the saw went dead on first cut on a limb of about 3/4" in circumference. Both batteries were fully charged, but neither could make the saw run. Returning saw to Amazon..
