Yes, the ribbed rubber exterior is soft and pliable. It bends and flexes a little with your pull. However, it is durable too. You'll be lifting lighter weights with this cable attachment, so I have no fears of the rubber moving (if you really want heavier weights, then go outside and tie a rope to some cinderblocks and pull that). The pliable ribs actually help assist you in focusing on your form and grip strength throughout the entire movement.Awesome tool! I'm a fan after my first set. I'm very happy with this attachment, I just wish it was a little longer. The grips really mold to your hand which helps a lot when dealing with heavy weights and sweaty hands. Again, the only downside is it is not as long as I wish but I'm sure this would be perfect for anyone not as tall with as large of hands as I have. Would highly recommend.

The Anobeyi LAT Pulldown Bar Attachment is fantastic! The rubber handle provides a solid grip, making it great for tricep pulldowns and improving grip strength. This thing is great for single hand pull downs and hammer style curls. It works great too for certain overhead shoulder movements. Pretty good for lats, but I often reach for a d-handle there.The build quality is very good - well made and overbuilt - and it has a nice heft to it. The rubberized grip is indeed grippy and feels good in the hand. The eye ring is clearly very strong, although I did add some thread locker and tighten it down really good because it doesn't swivel. It would be better if it swiveled somehow, but it's not a huge deal and I haven't had it loosen on me.Overall great. Well made, very sturdy, and feels great when using it. Perfect for single hand/arm work.

i lift 3-4x per week so it's nice to mix up my exercises so i never get bored and this pull down handle is nice to have for tricep pull downs. the handle allows you to get a full extension in your wrist at the bottom or top of the lift. i find the ridges comfortable to hold and gives you enough to hold onto so it doesn't slip, but i did need to wrap it in lifting tape as the rubber does get slick

This cable machine attachment is smaller than expected but it gets the job done. The material of the grip feels comfortable in the palm of my hand, and it seems pretty well-made. Mine came with a carabiner. This is great way to add some variety to your training routine.

This was easy to set up. It looks nice. Easy to use. Not for very strong lifters though. I’m sure it would bend with pro’s. For the price, not bad
