The Yoga block is just so amazing as it's so light weight,easy to carry anywhere, gives a good support & helps in increasing the flexibility while doing exercises. The colour & the texture of the block adds versatility & it's really worth Investing for using on a daily basis while adding support and strengthening muscles.

Size of the block is given as extra large..but received the blocks of much smaller size and worst is that they are non returnable...
