It arrived very quickly well ahead of when it should’ve been. It took less than 10 minutes to put together very easy to put together even though it comes in six main bits, it is very sturdy. It is extremely comfortable. The reclining function is smooth. The charging function on the remote recliner for other devices does not seem to work. The controller lights up when you are moving the controller to see the buttons easier this is not function that you would require because the buttons are large and quite easy to see.The massaging function and heat function on a separate controller is intuitive and easy the only downside I have is two of the massage positions are in the wrong place on the remote lumbar is back and back is lumbar however works perfectly The only downside I have with this chair is having two controllers and nowhere to store them on the chair. The side pockets are too tight to be of use for the controllers. But overall an extremely good chair.

Chair is comfy and does not take up too much room. Assembly was fairly easy, getting out of cartons took as long as the assembly. Delivery though was not great which is fault of delivery company. DPD driver asked to bring to back door, I am disabled and he left outside back gate with my grandson before I could get there. It was then a struggle to get into the house. However as far as chair is concerned I am very happy. It is exactly as advertised.

It's very comfortable and remote is easy to use. The only thing I can say is that the base needs to be a bit bigger otherwise I'm glad I bought it.

This chair came very quickly approx.3 days from ordering.Came in 3 boxes which was good quite easy to get up our narrow staircase with a top bend.Very easy to put together.I got it for my son who is suffering with his back, he likes the massage on it, did not realise the chair had this, but he says it is very good as it hits the bottom of his spine, also the heating on it is very good.Needs 2 plug sockets one for the recliner the other for heat and massage.Very nice looking chair and very comfortable.Thank you.Do nt hesitate if you are thinking of buying, this is really good so far anyway.
