This is a super tasty concentrated juice syrup. The consistency is between a juice and a syrup, like a thick juice or watery syrup. The flavor is full and really fruity and tangy. I love to mix this into my water or to add some to my salad dressing.

Fair warning, this is more of a juice concentrate/thin syrup than molasses or paste.That said, it is SO DELICIOUS! Just a tablespoon (14.78 ml) added to your, otherwise, Vanilla ice cream will send your taste buds soaring. This definitely left me eager to try it in/on other foods, perhaps something spicy. Enjoy!

Only 8.5 ounces - not 12 as advertised, so much too expensive for what you get.
