You need a little background handling electronic board s.

LGV20 no longer has a a cracked screen. HOWEVER...UPDATE 8/6/2018. I realized, afterwards, that the ear speaker was no longer working. And most importantly the GPS no longer works. I wound up sending away for a new ear speaker. But I do not know how to fix GPS disconnect problem. It must be a separate antenna from regular phone call antenna. Phone now is useless without GPS since I am a rideshare driver.Losing GPS was the show stopper for me. I had no choice and I had to buy a new phone. So based on my experience with this product I have changed my rating from 5 stars to 1 star.

Absolute junk!!

Do not purchase this product. It doesn't come with the necessary modules that are essential to the phone. Better to buy the oem screen off of eBay. Buyer beware!
