I really like the size of these trays. We, as a family, do not eat as much meat as we used to. A few of the kids have chosen to go all veggie. It is very expensive to buy meat in a small package and I am thrifty when I can be. I can still buy the large cuts of meat and cut them down to single, double, or multi portions. These trays, because they have the absorbent pads, keep the meat from getting freezer burn or that course layer on the outside of the cut. I can cut the meat the size I want, put it in the tray and wrap it in freezer wrap. Since there are 3 sizes, I can use the best for the amount I am freezing. The amount I save by buying larger pieces more than makes up for the price of the trays.

I needed something to corral a long charging cable and the dimensions of these trays are just right. I expect to use other trays to corral other things that need organizing. And when I buy meat, I portion it out for individual servings to freeze. So I guess at least some of the meat trays will be used for the intended purpose.
