Very disappointed with this item, it advertises its suitable for small apartments . . . I can honestly say NO it Is NOTIt is totally not practical in a home situation at best you would struggle to use it in a caravanTo add insult to injury I was charged for delivery and CHARGED AGAIN £75.00 to return an unfit product, so in full this washer cost me £210.00DISGUSTED is an UNDERSTATEMENT!!!

Does not have pump to drain as advertised and fails to tell you that it is supplied with a 2 pin European plug which l understand is illegal to sell in UK market. Offered to refund me £5 to buy an adapter but could not guarantee that this would be safe. It cost me £15 to have plug changed by an electrician. If it was advertised honestly people could make up their own mind whether or not to buy but l feel l was duped !!!

Very disappolnted with this product, the washing operation is very good but the spin part of the machine is ineffective to the point it does not spin water from the clothes etc. I read the product details to say it had a pump for removing the wastewater but it has not and the removing of wastewater is by gravity. Had I been aware of the lack of spinning and no fitted pump I would not have bought this machine.

No good. Wasted money.

Nach Erhalt der Maschine haben wir diese sofort ausprobiert.3 TShirts rein..Wasser rein und los gings mit der Wäsche.Waschen hat funktioniert..nun aber zum Schleudern - erst das Wasser raus, dann zum Test mal nur 1 TShirt in den Schleuderkorb und losgeschleudert...das was an Wasser aus dem Schlauch rauskam hat mich schon sehr verwundert, denn mein Verständnis von schleudern ist, das Wasser aus der Kleidung heraus und in den Abfluss befördert wird...hier geschah jedoch "nichts". Nach dem Schleudergang nahm ich das Shirt aus der Maschine und es war genauso nass wie vorher. Daher ging die Maschine wieder zurück..zu meinem Nachteil, da schließlich lt.Zitat der Firma:"Laut neuem Widerrufgesetz gültig ab 13.06.2014 müssen die Rücksendekosten vom Käufer getragen werden("Sie tragen die unmittelbaren Kosten der Rücksendung paketversandfähiger Waren sowie die unmittelbaren Kosten der Rücksendung nicht paketversandfähiger Waren.")."Somit bleibe ich auf meinen Rücksendekosten in Höhe von 15 Euro, was ca 8% des Warenwertes sind, sitzen. Daher sind sowohl das Produkt als auch dessen Beschreibung als "Gefällt mir gar nicht" bewertet.

Die Lieferung erfolgte sehr schnell, den eingesetzten Termin in der Rechnung stimmte deswegen nicht überein weil das Paket innerhalb von 1 Tag angeliefert worden ist, und das ist nun wirklich sehr schnell.Ich habe die Waschmaschine gleich massiv getestet, die Waschleistung ist ausreichend, allerdings die Schleuder kann man vergessen, die hat fast keine Wirkung. Die Anleitung ist leider sehr kurz gehalten und auch das Bild mit den Erklärungen von den Bedienelementen war nicht ausreichend weil das Bild dazu gar nicht passte, es fehlte schlichtweg der Wasserablass Schalter.Der Wasseranschluss Schlauch kann auch gleich vergessen der passt nirgends und ist auch viel zu kurz. Ich habe die Waschmaschine in der Badewanne gestellt und das Wasser mit dem Duschschlauch befüllt, hatte den Vorteil das ich mit dem Wasser ablassen dadurch keine Probleme hatte.Ansonsten muss man sich klar sein das diese Waschmaschine eine "richtige" nicht ersetzen kann, für mich war aber die Leistung ausreichend.Bei stark verschmutzte Kleidung muss man dann halt mehrfach den Waschvorgang starten, aber damit kann ich leben.

When I opened the top door, there were many black oily spots inside the washing machine which was probably remain from the factory. The instruction is awful; just a general notes which they use for every different models; so there were nothing exactly to say how to use it! the back lower part of it was also folded inward due to the shipping! I understand the reason why the image on the website is not with high resolution or we cannot zoom in; because the product looks nice from further away; not close! It contains very low quality materials; for example some wires at the bottom where connected using "plastic bag"!!!! yes, seriously! and I was afraid if it will start firing! It smells horrible; probably due to the used chemical materials. The spin basket has a lid which doesn't fit! It looks like they have collected different items from everywhere and assemble them to build something! On top of everything; it didn't drain water after finishing washing! I had to bring clothes from dirty water and wash them one by one under the water! However, The reason why I gave it 2 stars instead of one is the fast and responsible response of the seller who sent me the post label on Sunday to send the item back and they returned the whole money. I'd buy some smaller and cheaper one since the quality are the same but smaller ones are easier to handle....
