The best ice neck wrap
Love this neck ice wrap! The shape, size, design are just perfect, making so easy to use. It also worked well on my ankle. I find the cold retention to be good, for the time I use it (20 minutes). It's made very well, the material is soft and pliable. I'm very happy with my purchase, and would recommend this product.

Not working very well
I had surgery and got this for the swelling from cervical fusion. It stays cool for maybe 10 minutes at most. Disappointed

Just once you use it it takes 4 hours for it to be cold again

Not much of an Icepack …
I purchased 3 of these to help me with some neck soreness. Sizing is good, I was able to put around my whole neck but the product does not get cold, I left them in the freezer for over 24 hours and they maybe lasted 5 min with a slight chill, providing almost no relief. I returned all of them. Definitely not worth the money.

it seams small but actually fits my neck well I would say my neck as average people with taller necks may find it short.
