Not well made, broke on 1st use
I bought this for an important formal event I was attending. On the night I needed to wear it, it broke within one minute of my attempt to put it on my head! ( My head is average size and I did not pull the band at all. ) The black elastic strap ripped out from the holder. The actual sequined body section is OK but the added elastic band and rhinestone string were poorly made and insecurely attached.
