I bought a 60 day supply and when I was almost finished with the second bottle, I wasn't really seeing any results. I decided to try one more month and at the very end of month three, there was a significant change in quantity and intensity of hot flashes. I used to be up all night long and have more than 20 hot flashes a day. I now have 1 or 2 and they are extremely mild compared to what they used to be. If you haven't seen results, don't give up. This has improved the quality of my sleep and life and I will continue using them.

Outside of the bottle was sealed with plastic cover, but the inside of the bottle had damaged sign. It looks like burned or leak of something. It doesn't make sense that the supplement bottle has something like that.
