This is a great post op pillow for after my calf and foot surgery. I’m able to recline in a chair and have the pillow cradle my leg from the knee to foot comfortably. I can even sleep and not have my leg roll sideways. I’ve used the pillow on the sofa laying flat to keep my foot above my heart and the swelling is controlled better. I’ve used this now for a month and have one to go. I can’t imaging recovery without this. It’s just as firm as the day of surgery and hasn’t deteriorated or lost shape. Highly recommend.

The Kehangte Leg Elevation Pillow is absolutely wonderful and much better than stacking multiple bed pillows under my leg following foot surgery. I like the 4 different height options - and have used all 4 in one week after surgery. Whether I'm sitting in my recliner during the day or laying in bed at night, the design has kept surgery swelling to a minimum because of the elevation it provides. It is lightweight to move easily but also firm enough to keep my foot elevated comfortably. Whether you purchase for $30 or $40, it is worth every penny!

I just had knee surgery, and I needed a cushion(s) that I could use to elevate my leg while I iced it. I picked this cushion set, and I’m glad I did. The three layer design of the set is just perfect. You can adjust it to any height you need, and it’s very comfortable. I also appreciate the little touches, like the side and end handles that allow you to easily pull the pillow into the exact position you want. The cushions are also well made and the covering material feels nice against your skin. I highly recommend them.

Post surgery, I was told to keep leg elvated above heart. It's going to be awhile, and managing stacked pillows was hard enough, and nearly impossible in bed under the covers. I knew it was going to be challenging to keep up for any length of time. I saw this set-up, read the reviews, and decided to give it a try. I've only used it for one night, but I am so glad I did! It is so easy to move, even under the blanket. Yet it does stay where you put it. It's super comfortable, and way more stable than pillows. It provides plenty of support, while also being extremely comfortable. I can even put my other leg on it if I desire. The three separate pieces stay together perfectly, but can easily be taken apart if you want less height. It's lightweight, so if I were a bit less injured, I could easily carry it from room to room. I'm considering ordering another for my sofa. Also, it fluffed up fully after removing from packaging. Did not require time for the memory foam to expand. I can't speak to durability or cleaning yet, but it appears to be well-made. Worth every penny, already!

I bought it for a friend who had a huge leg surgery. At first it seemed too low, taking it out immediately from the vacuum seal bag. It didn't inflate too much, so I was hesitant a little, but after putting the layers on top of each other the height was perfect for the patient to raise her leg up on. It's awesome that you can use the scoop cover for where the leg goes as an added height by folding it over to prop up the leg. The handles make it very convenient for the patient to pull and adjust the thing independently. I haven't seen any terrible piling of the fabric like in some other products. It's slim for the use of one leg, as advertised. It's a really nice leg pillow for anyone who had leg surgery.

I believe this pillow set greatly improved the healing process after my full knee replacement surgery. Comfortable yet firm. Great investment since I’m having the other knee done soon.
