Very nice crystal tree.
First of all I was very disappointed with the size by seeing the box. But when i opened it, the product was is very good condition and plastic over the crystals. Color of the crystals is very beautiful. Very easy to set the branches of the tree. Because they are made up of wires. Open the package and unfold all the small branches of the tree to make it look fluffy in size.Crystals are very good quality. One small crystal came loose from the base when I removed the plastic. It was already in it. Size before opening is around 9.5" to 9.8". And size after opening is around 11" inch as mentioned in the description. Package was in torn condition. Maybe it was taken out and put in back many times. Please improve.
