Is this product Hypoallergenic and fragrance free?

It is described as hypoallergenic. I dint feel and irritation or itchiness on my skin, I'm using for past 3yrs. But it is not Fragrance free, it has mild coco fragrance in it.... which is very nice when we apply on our skin.

Can we use this cream for 4 year old kids?

The cocoa butter lotion is really a quality product and I use it on face as well,but for kids I will suggest try on a small area and then use,will not be able to certify anything for it.
