I love this product and I have bought a different flavor (tropical fruit) several times. This is my first bottle of mango and I love it. I would strongly advise not to take more than a few scoops of this in a day as it will overload your system with potassium. It has tons, and while that is good if you are losing a lot due to excessive sweat or running in heat, you will get too much potassium if you take more than 3 or 4 scoops a day, I had labs done last week and I went from potassium deficient to potassium overload in my labs. I have gastoparesis so I can't hold foods down. So, just a notice to people to take it easy or to cut this mix with a different drink mix with low to no potassium.

absolutely love this product. it tastes great! no weird clumping or texture. i work as a line cook and i’m sweating all day and so am often dehydrated. i would get leg cramps and feel thirsty no matter how much water i drink. this has completely solved that problem - i just have some before bed or in the morning whenever i feel extra dehydrated or feel that my legs are wanting to cramp and it always does the trick. its a great value especially compared to brands like liquid iv. i’ve had it for a few months using it 3-4x a week and i’m only halfway through it.also love that it is rich in the actual electrolytes you want from a product like this. many other electrolyte powders don’t actually have much potassium or magnesium but this one delivers!haven’t had any muscle cramps since using this powder
