This is a beautiful bed, exactly as described and is easy to assemble. It does take some time to assemble and it goes together well with good instructions. We used our own tools. The bed is very sturdy and the size is perfect for two people. It is very easy to open and close for use.

The bed took us 2 days and 3 people. The directions of the slats have to be put in correctly or you will have to take it all apart and start again.Once completed, be careful when opening the bed's platform because it will fall directly onto the floor and will weaken the hinges over time. We put a box under the platform as we opened the bed to prevent this from happening.Otherwise it looks beautiful and it is a heavy piece of furniture.
