Great info at fingertips
I got this primarily because so many recipes I've wanted to try call for "Celcius," "grams," or "mL" instead of the measurements I have on hand. This chart is great for quickly getting the numbers I need without spending 15 minutes trying to navigate search engines.It sticks neat and flat to my fridge without an issue, and the glossy surface keeps it protected from splatters and fingertips.I would have preferred the calories section to be left blank for dry erase or used for more relevant conversions/substitutions info. We are not hardcore calorie counters, and that section is not comprehensive enough to be useful regardless. It feels like it was just randomly tacked in there.

Attractive and convenient
I help run a non-profit that provides free meals throughout the week. We have had printed out signs with this information, but it's nice to have something that clings to the refrigerator for a quick reference when checking USDA safe food temperatures.I knew I had to have this as soon as I saw it :)

Useful reference, Expensive
This is great information (that you can google and print out for yourself). It's useful to have up on the fridge, but the price is excessive in my opinion as it's just a few info sheets.

Fun fridge magnets
I had thought these were laminated plastic for some reason, but they are magnetic. I had them sent to my brother-in-law, because he has a smoker. They were a hit! Fun little gift.
