Helps for stretching out and relaxing lower back
I love this ball. I sit in a level chair ant drape myself over the ball then slightly extend myself forward. Wow it really relaxes my lower backI also do tummy tucks in this same position because sit ups hurt my neck

Good ball for back pain
Ball is fairly stable. Not that easy to inflate. Good for back pain.

Easy to inflate but helpful to have someone assist with plugging the hole for the pump so air does not escape.

ProBody Pilates Ball / Execise Ball
I bought these to continue my Physical Therapy exercises at home. They come deflated. And they out gas. You shouldn't use them for a couple of days, while they are out gassing. Wipe them off too, before you use them. They are not top quality but hopefully they should be good enough for my home gym.

Sent the wrong size
There are sizes on the box, but none of them checked off. I got a 24 inch one not a 26 inch one.Want to send it back, already have a 24 inch one.Seems nice quality though.
