I first discovered Anker in 2012 with an iPhone 5 case, and since then, I’ve ordered various Anker products, from chargers to other electronic accessories. This 8-in-1 USB-C Hub continues the reliable, well-built quality that Anker is known for. As always, it arrived simply and neatly packaged—Anker prioritises the product itself, which I appreciate, and I’ve yet to experience a single failure in my 12 years of using their products.For my first test, I connected the hub to a USB-C 3.0 port on the back of my Windows 11 desktop PC, a port that was previously hard to access. This hub quickly became a practical solution, relocating my frequently used devices and freeing up my front ports from permanent connections. It has a sleek metallic finish that’s both sturdy and professional, and I’m pleased to see built-in safety features included.A unique feature here is the VGA adapter. While VGA is becoming less common, it’s still handy to have; I can now repurpose a few older HD VGA monitors that I’ve kept around. I also tested the multi-display feature with a Windows 11 laptop, and in single-monitor mode, it supported a 4K 60Hz display without issue. As expected, when connecting multiple monitors, the maximum resolution and refresh rate are reduced due to bandwidth sharing.Overall, this is another solid offering from Anker. It may not be bargain-basement cheap, but for the current discounted price of just £34.99, it offers excellent value, reliable performance, and quality engineering—well worth the investment. Highly recommended.

Does everything it should but the only downside I would say is the cable really could be a 2-3cm longer. Using on a Surface Pro and even in the lowest USB port it does not quite sit flat on the desk and so is always pulling on the port.

Anker 8-in-1 USB-C Hub Docking StationAnother good product from the Anker stable.It does exactly as advertised and with the performance expected. The hub has a nice look and feel about it which reinforces the Anker quality. Yes, there are cheaper out there, but you get what you pay for.In use, it met all my performance requirements and as such I can thoroughly recommend it.

Trusted brand and so I had no reservations about trying this hub, as I have many Anker products (which I have paid for). This however, does not disappoint and it has all the possible ports that I will need-bar a Ethernet which might have been handy too. The construction of the hub is sturdy and looks like it will hold up well. Although, it is early days, so time will tell. It came neatly packaged and has a nice compact design, which makes it easier to transport. The colour is slate grey, but I would have perhaps gone for silver -just so that it matched my Apple laptop, but this is not a problem at all. I would therefore recommend this hub.

When it comes to Anker-brand products, what can you say? They're a super reliable, affordable brand that churns out products that get the job done. I've never met a bit of Anker tech I didn't like, and this USB hub from them checks all the boxes. There's enough ports to suit all your modern jobs, and there's also a VGA port included for good measure - I can't see many modern use cases for this, but it's there and it's a lovely bit of icing on the cake.Well built, great value for money and a handy bit of multifunctional kit to have in my repertoire.

This is a nice hub, with plenty of options. My biggest gripe about this is the solo USB-C port (not including the one reserved for power deliver. I would have preferred 2 USB-A and 2 USB-C, rather than the 3 USB-A and 1 USB-C ports, but that's only a small gripe, it can be got around with adaptors. The dual HDMI output is great, connecting 2x2K monitors without any issues after setting up screen extending in Windows. The VGA slot may be useful for some, but I don't think I own any devices with a VGA port anymore, so I would rather have seen an Ethernet port there.Setup was simple, plug and play, although configuring your monitors takes a small amount of knowledge, but it can be easily googled. Quality is good, and being an Anker product, it's reliable and durable.

This device supplies all the ports that my laptop should have come with, but didn't. It connects to my laptop via a short pigtail lead terminating in a USB C plug. It provides more USB A ports, and in particular, a VGA port. My projector is so old it needs a VGA video signal so I have to use an old XP luggable with it. Never throw anything anyway!There are two USB C ports. One is to accept power and provide it to the laptop. It conforms to the PD (Power Delivery) protocol so will negotiate with the charger about the current to be supplied. The other USB C port is for data.The final two port are HDMI, allowing for screen extension. Altogether, this is a very versatile device.

8 in 1 USB C Docking Station from Anker. This is a reasonable USB C adapter which has Triple Monitor support (HDMI 1 4K@60Hz, HDMI 2 4K@30Hz, 1 VGA 1080P@60Hz) alongside USB A and USB C ports. It has 5Gbps Data Transfer speeds and has 85w pass through charging as long as you have a 100w power delivery wall charger and lead with these capabilities.Anker are a fantastic brand for PC technology and though product has some really useful features, it's a bit dated with it's output modes and USB C speeds. That being said It's a really well made dock which is very versatile and ideal for either office, home or travel usage.As with other Anker products it offers good value for money with impressive performance. If you're after a compact docking station with triple monitor display this is definitely worth looking into, though the VGA output is a bit niche in my opinion.

Besonders praktisch ist er, wenn ich mein Mikrofon sowohl am iPad als auch am iPhone anschließen muss – das funktioniert problemlos und ohne Verzögerungen. Bei Präsentationen hat mir der HDMI-Anschluss schon oft den Tag gerettet. Egal, ob ich an einem externen Bildschirm oder Beamer arbeite, der Hub liefert eine stabile Verbindung und eine gestochen scharfe Auflösung.Auch wenn ich den VGA-Anschluss persönlich kaum nutze, finde ich es beruhigend, ihn dabei zu haben. Lieber den Anschluss haben und nicht brauchen, als umgekehrt.Ein wichtiger Tipp für alle, die neue Apple-Geräte mit USB-C-Anschlüssen nutzen: Achtet beim Kauf darauf, dass der Hub einen Ladeeingang für das Standard Apple-Ladegerät sowie einen USB-C-Ausgang hat. Das erspart euch viele Umsteckereien und macht den Workflow deutlich angenehmer.Insgesamt bin ich super zufrieden und kann den Anker USB-C Hub uneingeschränkt empfehlen!

Habe micht für den Hub entschieden, da ich an meinem Laptop mit nur einem HDMI Ausgang gerne zwei Moitore anschliessen wollte.Dies hier ist für mich die perfekte Lösung. Zwei Monitore an dem Hub und den TV am HDMI Ausgang.Super Lösung, keinerlei Probleme oder Leistungseinbusen.
