I love this board and there are so many exercises you can do with it. I watch videos on YouTube and Instagram to get ideas. The bands stay put if you turn the dial to lock them in. The board doesn't slip around if you just put it on a yoga mat. You can hold onto a sturdy chair while doing the long leg stretches. It's up to you how hard you want to make your work out but you will feel it in your core all of the time. Great for flexibility and strength. I used to be stiff but not anymore. I believe all this stretching is great for your fascia. I feel so much younger since I started using it!! I highly recommend it. It's a great price, easy to store and fun!! Just get it!

Cheap quality
It slides around during use, and one paddle keeps getting stuck. It’s a great workout but this is very cheaply made and low quality. I would pay more for better quality.

It’s Okay!
I purchased this to incorporate into my workout routine. I got tired of laying on the floor flat on my back to do ab workouts. I figured that I would switch it up every now and then. This isn’t such a bad item; however, I do wish that the resistance band in it was much stronger, or the product gave you the option to adjust the band strength; otherwise, you really have to prolong the workout or go really fast to even feel a burn. It’s very easy to do and the product comes assembled out of the box. Is it a good value for your money? I would say no; but, if it lasts me a few months after many uses then at least I will get my moneys worth out of it.

This is the best investment ever, the first day I felt the difference. It really works even if you're not toned or workout that often . Easy to use also, you may have to put a mat under , so he doesn't slide
