These are so good definitely buy
I am a figure skater and I've always had flat feet and it was harder to skate but these made wearing my skates so comfortable and they fit in edea skates it took a bit of time to out them in but after a couple mins they fit and I used to have such bad pain wearing my skates but now not at all I will be buying for my shoes as well

Pretty good
Good quality, however arch support was a bit to high for me and pretty hard after 10h started to be less comfortable

Perfect to relieve pain and protect your feet
If you have tried this type of insert and found the insole not robust enough then this is worth trying. The front end towards your toes is flexible so useful for sport. The rear 60% as a solid base so i don't expect it will wear down too quickly. The upper layer is much softer and very comfortable in use. The ball of your foot also has some additional foam cushioning which will help with impact when running. The arch is higher than most but nothing to worry about if you have used insoles before. I find it a perfect fight. You will need to consider the shoe size and removability of the trainer insole. It wasn't an issue for me and found them more than comfortable from the first use.I hope it helps you as much as they did for me.

They were incredibly uncomfortable for my feet, and not long or wide enough.
For me personally, I found these insoles to be incredibly uncomfortable to wear. I ordered the size 7 to 7.5 to fit in my size 6.5 trainers. I thought I'd order a little bit bigger, as it says they can be cut to size. However, they weren't long enough to reach the bottom of the toe section inside my trainers, and weren’t wide enough in the toe section either. This resulted in my toes hanging off the end of them, and as the material they are made of is very firm, I could feel them uncomfortably digging in.The heel section on them is really nice and supportive, but any comfort here is let down by the solid shaped area of the insole that sits against the inner edge of the arch of your feet. That area is moulded, solid and high. I could feel it rubbing against the soft fleshy part of my foot with every step I took. I would certainly not even manage to get round the supermarket wearing these insoles. I think after a few minutes my feet would probably have blisters or be bleeding.Obviously different people have different feet, so they might suit some people, but for me, I couldn't recommend them at all. I get on better with the 3/4 size inserts that don’t go down as far as the toes. I usually use Dr. Scholl’s Orthotics for Heel Pain (Also available on Amazon) which I find to work fantastically well, and I would highly recommend as a really comfortable alternative to these. Although those ones would not be helpful if you needed arch support as well as heel pain relief.

3ANGNI - Heavy Duty Orthotic Insoles
After I’ve been wearing a pair of shoes or trainers for a few months, I find that the insoles that are supplied very quickly flatten out around the arch area, which then makes my feet sit at an incorrect angle and that in turn makes my knees hurt, so I usually fit a set of replacement orthotic insoles. My work shoes have started to make my feet and knees hurt, so I picked up this pair of insoles from 3ANGNI to try.The inserts are made up from 5 different pieces. You have a breathable fabric covering that sits on top of a PU foam foot bed for comfort. Next up is an EVA foam rubber which feels reasonably hard, but is actually quite comfortable on your feet and then you have a hard nylon arch support section that is designed to withstand up to 220lbs or so of weight. Finally, there is a PU foam section at the heel for added shock absorption and comfort. The soles are a nice thickness and unlike some that I have had before, they aren’t too thick so they fit nicely in my trainers without adding extra volume and raising my foot too high in the shoe. The arch is fairly high initially, so could feel a little odd at first, until you get used to them and unlike most of these products, these ones are already cut to size, so there is no need for trimming them.I chose the mens 9-9.5 size and they fit my size 9.5 work shoes perfectly and are really comfortable even after a whole day of being on my feet.I think the £27.99 asking price is way over priced and I simply wouldn’t buy them at this price point, but they currently have a 50% discount voucher, bringing them down to a far more reasonable £13.99, which I think offers decent value for money and worth considering.
