Phones don't last with my husband and so far this one is. My husband has the phone for 4 months and no problem with any media. The phone thats nice photos and phone quality is good, durabilitt and value for money and battery life is good.So I can recommend this as it's a good buy.

It’s incredibly frustrating to deal with a product that starts out fine and then completely fails shortly after the return window closes. I’ve tried everything I can think of—restarting, resetting to factory settings, troubleshooting—but nothing fixes the constant freezing, app crashes, and freezing when switching between apps. The phone just locks up randomly, and sometimes it shuts itself down entirely. Even basic tasks like texting or checking notifications have become a nightmare.The worst part is that this all started happening right after the return window closed, so now I’m stuck with a phone that barely works, and I can't even get a refund or exchange. It’s like the phone starts deteriorating the moment you pass the return period, and now I’m stuck with this defective device. Honestly, I expected much better quality from this brand. I definitely won’t be buying from them again, and I recommend anyone thinking about getting this phone to reconsider!
