Wonderful product! Saved me after my total knee replacement!
This save me during my total knee replacement recovery. Told my Dr that he needs to tell his patients about this product. It was so easy to use, it stayed cold for a full 48 hours. It was large enough for me to use 1 gallon jugs in it... I froze two 1-gallon water jugs and just switched them out every two days during my recovery. This machine was worth it's weight in gold. Even had my friend buy one before her knee surgery so she'd be prepared beforehand. It was a lifesaver in pain and swelling management ! Soooo much better than ice packs and STAYS cold! It's very well-made and is very quiet when running. Very well worth the money. Highly recommend!

You need this post-op.
So helpful for my ACL surgery recovery. I had 6 water bottles that I froze and when using the machine, I’d put 3 in the bag to make the water cold. Then I would switch out the bottles when they became unfrozen. The only downside was the remote control was far down on the cord, which meant I needed an extension cord, or needed to be right next to the outlet at all times. The system switches off every 15 minutes or so and has 3 intensity settings — low, medium, and high.

Works great for the price
Works great, but does not keep ice water cold for more than 3-4 hours. We just added ice periodically to keep it cold. Also have to be very careful with the zipper. It gets cross threaded easily. It's been great following knee surgery, much lighter than frozen gel packs and keeps temp pretty constant as long as you keep some ice in the cooler bucket. We also supplemented with frozen cooler ice packs. It will adjust to fit to knee comfortably, has plenty of hose and is pretty quiet. It's been a game changer!

Well constructed and works great.
Bought this machine for my wife, after total knee replacement. She used it for 3 weeks and is up and walking around. It has kept the swelling to a minimum. Worked perfectly. She also had a CPM (Continuous Passive Motion) machine that kept her leg flexing all knight and several times during the day. Often while she slept. I attached a small bull clip to the fabric of the ice machine to the foot pad. That kept it from moving around and kept the ice where she needed it. No leaks at all. I kept the water lever to about 8" and rotated 4 frozen bottles of water in the water. The water stayed ice cold and worked great. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone needing ice. It shuts off after 30 minutes so you have to turn it back on. I set a 1 hour alarm on my phone. 30 minutes ice on, 30 minutes ice off. As needed. I kept my unit in a cookie sheet in chase of leaks but there were none. It also allowed me to slide the unit across the rug easily.

You won't be able to clean the machine once it has been used.
It is impossible to drain the water from the tubes once the unit has been used. The manufacturer could have provided a blank connector that could be used to empty the tubes. I fear that the water remaining in the tubes will become stagnant and cause damage to the machine. I could exchange the water with mouth wash by immersing the motor in a container of mouth wash and turning it on, thus replacing the water. The mouth wash should take longer to become stagnant than plain water.

Knee Surgery? How do you spell relief: INMOREDO
I’m recovering from MPFL, meniscus, and ACL surgery and this product was recommended to me. It’s easy to assemble. Has a handle which is easy to carry even if you’re on crutches. It’s nice and cold and has a remote. I c feel relief immediately! Update; the bag leaks so I would recommend using a bowl or bucket. I received a new bag and no water issues.

Life savor
Had knee surgery and this was a life savor. But put a towel under it for condensation. It wasn’t bad but I have hardwood floors.

Buy a machine that will last!
This machine has been great after my knee replacement surgery. Unfortunately after 3 weeks of healing it has stopped working!!!! I still need an ice machine for the remaining pain and healing.......PLUS I will be going in for my 2nd knee in a month!!!! I did not plan on spending so much money! One ice machine makes sense.....but 2!!!! Rip off!
