Works great
UPDATE:I purchased another one of these canopy's for my other son's Birthday. We put it up. It is easy to put together, the tarp is a nice thickness and so far has held up with the rain and wind we have had.I purchased this to give to my son for Christmas. I opened it to make sure everything was there. This will be used in Florida. This comes in a heavy duty box, all taped up and the bands around it are even taped. It is heavy. The box is 5' 10 1/2" long, 13 1/2" across and 8" high. The box is easy to open - you cut around it and the top pops off and can be put back on.It comes with directions/ parts list - but beware it has two different models in it.The poles come in plastic bags and have numbers on them, there is a bag with the anchors, bungee cords, rope and bolts. Then another bag with the base plates and the 3 and 4 way pieces are in the middle of the box. There was a sealed up box in mine but it was empty (it was for packing so the poles didn't shift). The tarp was on top and in a plastic bag. It has grommets for hooking the bungee cords to the poles. It appears to be well made and didn't have any holes. The poles have the to metal buttons that you push in and line up with the holes in the other pole. I did put two together and they fit well.

Good purchase, easy to reinforce and erect
I love this carport. Easy set up, I can even get full size pickup with roof rack under it- I wasnât expecting that. It is nicely heavy duty, but let me give you some pointer so that the wind does not ruin your purchase in very short order, because I will if you donât take an hour to add some reinforcements. Drill through the joints and add 2âx1/4â hex bolts (like the ones that come with it that attach the feet) You could also add self-tapping metal screws in some less important places. Do not rely on the snap through buttons to hold it all together long term. Also use weights on the corners , and beefier ground ties in the ground than the âtent spikesâ that come with it. Those are worthless, as are the snap through buttons. I used 14â long lag bolts, drove in to the ground with an impact wrench.I will be adding some arch supports as well soon ( 1/2â aluminum angle metal) to add more beef. The canopy is strong and heavy duty as it is, but high winds will pick it up - so whenever you need to, fold the canopy over to one end, it only takes ten minutes. And add the extra bolts, weights and tie downs for regular use and you will see it will last a very long time and keep itself together.g

Itâs almost perfect
I put this together and it seems strong and sturdy and easy to follow directions. The only complaint I have is that I did not receive enough bungees. I guess I have to buy some, but I donât even know what size to buy. I have to go take one off to measure it. Complete pain in the fanny. Other than that, I like it.

They DO NOT honor 50% lifetime replacement parts, want you to buy a new product!
Quick takeaways (it's a long review but likely worth your time):1) See title, quoted emails below.2) I agree with other reviews, the steel is not as strong as you think!3) I also had slight trouble putting it together the first time with a few parts machined slightly off.4) If you have any wind, it will win! I had large foot long stakes (not the tiny ones they include) in the 4 corners and that didn't work. Needs cement tether or other.I rarely write reviews, they have to be outstanding or horrible, sad to say this is the latter. I bought this May 2020, but didn't even open it during the pandemic summer of 2020.We finally setup our quictent carport early summer 2021 (inconveniently after our 1 year warranty) and we have horrible winds each morning. I tried to protect and secure the carport on the side of the house but the wind won and dumped it over the neighbors fence. The three poles across the top completely bent and a couple legs were damaged. See pictures.Firstly, if you call their number which I did multiple times over a couple weeks, nobody ever answers. The voicemail directs you to email them, which I finally did. Their first response was: "We are sorry to hear that your item was broken. In fact, we don't have separate parts for your item and we will try to send the parts to you next week." Which I now believe was a lie, because after a week they said: "We are sorry to tell you that we don't have the parts for you now. In this situation, if you want to buy a new item directly, we would like to apply for a discount for you."I replied, there is no rush, within the next couple months is fine, I want replacement parts, not a replacement tent. After all, they expected to have my parts a week later the first time, right? I can wait a week or two. Their reply: "In this situation, we will arrange to send them to you when we have the parts. Your understanding is highly appreciated." To their credit, they were always very kind...I only waited another 5 weeks, not the 2 months I claimed but I suspected something was fishy or I had been forgotten (it had been 6 weeks since my first email and 8 weeks since I first called) so I emailed them again and said, it's been a month, do you have spare parts now? To which they replied: "You may know due to the epidemic, so many parts will not be delivered to our warehouse in the USA in time from China and you know our items are made in China. Hope you can understand. But we have some entire items in our other warehouse, so we suggest that you buy a new item directly."Then a day later: "We are sorry to tell you that we still don't have separate parts for this carport. We checked your order information and you bought it last May and the item passed its one-year warranty. If you are willing to buy a new item directly, we will just charge you $150.00 for it inducing the shipping cost. Do you think it's ok? You may know the price of the item is $199.99 now."They have tried to sell me a new product three times now! So apparently "Lifetime Parts Supply (50% OFF)" means purchasing an entirely new carport?!? Good customer service would be within a week or two, and opening the carport they want to sell me and and sending me just the replacement parts I need at the 50% claimed discount. Even BETTER customer service would be trusting me that I didn't even open it for a year and still honor my 1 year warranty, but all of that is clearly too much to ask in this day and age.I'm a reasonable dude, and try to be understanding and patient but I will likely never give this company more of my money and want others to know what to expect if the wind wins and you need replacement parts.Apparently I have a really expensive large white tarp now...

Delivered part broken, CSR Lynn made sure I got it
I ordered the 10 x20' heavy duty canopy, I erected it two days after the storm Helene took our power, internet and a host of neighbors lost their homes from fallen tree's. Trying to protect a newer model truck I erected it but found one of the corner A pieces had broken from the weld. I reached out by email to Quictent and was surprised when I looked a someone had responded at 5:00am. I had given them enough information, that she was able to fast track the part to me, I work for the post office locally and we were backed uo until late Wednesday that week, although this came Amazon, we deliver 50% of their items and I had it by Thursday. So the customer response rate for service by Lynn was unusually high and I really appreciate it. I will mention a secondary issue, that is the tent is really not high enough for personal trucks like my Ram 1500 to open the driver's or passengers doors without hitting the top horizontal pole and design team should correct this, but I bought a 4x4" and cut it into 5" blocks then lifted tent poles onto to these and drilled in long 3.5" deck screws, that did the job and I can now open the truck doors.
