This is a great alternative to cow milk, being lactose intolerant had its challenges but when it come to Goat Milk, its equally as nutritious if not even more beneficial and the best part it's Digestive Freindly so lactose intolerance aint a problem and WonderGoat does a great job with their Goat Milk powder its delicious and creamy and doesn't clump up like other powders overall really recommeneded .10/10 😊😊
