Great book which consist of printed version of the Cisco's online course. It is missing every single chart and/or picture from the online interactive book. Instead, it refers a reader to view an online material. It is great for someone who likes to highlight in the book, but many charts with important information are missing and can be found only online. This book is not needed to complete an online course as this book in its interactive form is online and accessible for anyone who signed for online course.

what I liked most about about this is that it helped me get through the course and was a great study guide for me. What I liked least about this is there was no pictures in this book what about putting in black and white pictures in it it would help a lot.
