I made the Hunter's Chicken for a dinner party i'm having tonight. Not an easy task. Directions are not real clear. I could not use the drippings from frying the chicken because it was full of flower that was almost to the point of being burnt. So I starter the sauce over with fresh evoo, white wine, and the rest of the ingredients called for and noticed that the picture showed the sage and garlic in the dish but the directions says to discard the marinate. very confusing. We'll see how it tastes it's in the oven now. As I sit here now I don't think I'll try this one again.

Excellent cookbook by Martina McBride! She collected recipes she loves and personally uses and assembled this amazing cookbook. Worth every penny!

I downloaded it to my Kindle, but will eventually order the hard copy. I do love my Kindle, but for recipes and cook books, I think I prefer the real thing!

While visiting Nashville I came across this cookbook in a gift shop and feel in love with it. I immediately ordered it when I returned home from my vacation. I love it so much I reordered it again and had it sent to my sister. The book is beautifully written and recipes easy to read and delicious. Perfect for entertaining. It arrived in a timely manner and in good condition.
