Looked great for about 2 minutes then quit working Right pump is intermittent on /off

Unfortunately the unit doesn't work well. We weren't able to install upon delivery because it was winter but we will have to get something more reliable. Kicks off way too easily and we want something that runs seamlessly

The media could not be loaded. This pump worked for our shallow pond (under 3 ft deep). It's very strong, meaning the fountain spray was huge. Too big for our pond and too loud. We also didn't like the ugly blue with the bright red sprayer. So .... we cut a bit of screen and fastened it over the top with a clamp to slow it a bit. And, we cut a length of a willow fence I had purchased for another project and wired it around the thing (attached it to the tie ropes). It made it perfect! Quieted down, lowered the spray, and looks more attractive now with the pump hidden. This will work in as little as 16" of water depth. Does not come with the ropes or stakes. So far so great!

Worked good for a month and then core going to pump got hot and shorted out pump.

this is our 4th pump. EVERY pump was damaged. Box damaged and broke the pumps
