I like all the different exercises you can do with this bench. You can exercise your whole body. Its more than just bench press. I highly recommend.

It’s true what they say you get what you pay for. Not a good product at all and the manufacturer would not let me return it and they didn’t even want to give me any kind of refund. Definitely not a product I would recommend. Stay away from it. Do not buy it.

It was really easy to put together and is very sturdy. Its pretty compact and doesnt take up as much space as I thought it would. It has a lot of different ways you can use it from bench press to incline to shoulder press and decline abs. A really cool feature is the adapters that allow this to work with Olympic weights or the smaller diameter plates. It also comes with clips for both sizes as well. I have a bunch of exercise equipment and this is one of the first ive seen that does this. The range of motion is really good. I'm pretty flexible but the lowest this can go is too much for me which is great because it gives me a deep stretch on my chest when working out. I've wanted one of these for a while and I finally have one with great functionality. Definitely worth every penny.

Took a few days and overall felt great! You don't have to go to the gym, you can train at home with this equipment. It feels good to use it. Open immersion workout. The whole equipment is very stable.
