Does the game recieve updates?

The game updated to version 1.7.9b when I first inserted it into my console. I'm not certain if this is the version found on PC but it seems up to date.

Does this include the repentance dlc? if so, how does it include it? i wanna know if i should buy this or just the base game and dlc on the eshop.

Does it come with the booklet that's grey?
