I was skeptical after first using this because while I saw some results after my first use I wasn’t entirely depuffed but after using this consistently for a month my face and under-eyes are so much less swollen and puffy. Not only did I notice a difference but friends and family have also commented that I was looking better. The stick has a nice tingling-cooling feeling and the tool is like ice on my face. I think the bad reviews are from people who aren’t following the instructions and using this regularly.

I was sceptical about purchasing this product, given the mixed reviews, but I am so glad I did. This eye stick does an amazing job at removing the puffiness I get under my eyes when I wake up in the morning. I no longer have that "morning face" when I get to work. I like the cooling sensation on my skin, it feels very calming. The Gua Sha was the biggest surprise. This thing is very high quality. It is solid metal and has a good weight to it. It also holds the eye stick, which I thought was very clever. I put the Gua Sha in the freezer to make it cold and use that along with the eye stick. These two products together will absolutely stay a part of my morning and evening face routine.

I got this item on a whim as a birthday present to force my husband into starting a skincare routing (IYKYK). Little did I know that my husband would not only use it to appease me, but actually enjoy it!He now uses it every morning and talks about how much he likes it. Kudos to Harry's for creating a product that feels unique and something that is not usually tailored towards men. The gua sha in particular is heavy duty and very high quality! So excited that we can now gua sha together :)

Not sure this product is meant for removing permanent eye bags. I’ve had eye bags since I was a kid and thought this product would help out with this. I was wrong. The product is not a remedy for permanent eye bags, so keep that in mind. It may be a good for people who have temporary eye bags due to lack of sleep, but I’m not 100% sure.

My husband has been using this cooling eye kit from Harry’s and this review comprises the effectiveness of this cream plus I’d talk about how to use the gua sha (included) to get the benefits.this roll in cream does soothe tired eyes as caffeine and aloe vera leaf juice are some of the ingredients in the list. My husband likes the cooling effects of the roll-on cream, it has instantaneous outcomes but doesn't have extended benefits. Meaning it lacks long-lasting benefits.We always read the ingredients list which in this case is small yet effective. When it comes to the efficacy of the cream, I’d say its the gua sha that would yield added benefits, not the cream alone. Using the gua sha that is included in the kit might help to reduce the puffiness of the eyes if used correctly.Correct usage- use the roll-on cream under the eyes moving in an outward direction. Wipe clean the gua sha well, then very gently glide the gua sha in the same direction towards the ears. Repeat the process multiple times but be sure to be extremely gentle as under eye area is super sensitive.Pro tip- You can also use your fingers to gently massage in the outward direction for maximum benefits.What I like about this product is the creative package (Roll cream fits in the gua sha). With a heavy-duty stainless steel gua sha included, you get the best results when used regularly. The gua sha is made in China while the cream is made in the US.What I do not enjoy about this product is that the gua sha is far heavier than a regular gua sha plus the size/shape is odd for everyday usage. Its doesn't feel comfortable to hold it and massage.For that reason, my husband prefers to message under their eyes using his fingers.Please note that my husband and I have been using gua sha of different kinds nearly every day for many years as a part of our beauty routine.Overall rating for this product is - 3.5 stars.

Absolutely love this!I've been struggling with really bad puffy under eyes lately and decided to try out this Harry's Cooling Eye Kit and honestly didn't know what to expect, but I am so happy I got this!First Impression: ITS HEAVY! This is a fully metal (zinc) gua sha tool with the actual cooling stick inside of it. The stick feels very cooling on application and then the tool feels great on the skin when you run it over the area to help with lymphatic drainage. I found that it worked the best when i kept the entire thing in the fridge after uses to keep it extra cold!I started using it morning and night in my routine and after a month I really noticed some improvements with my puffy under eyes! Plus it takes like 30 seconds to apply and massage the area with the metal tool.Overall 5/5 and definitely recommend!
