Jacket feels nice but (updated)
Jacket feels nice and not super stiff. Though it just arrived and there is a hole in the inner lining of the hood. Disappointed in that. Hopefully i don't find moreUpdate: originally a 3 star but I'm changing to a 5 star. Customer service was outstanding. They reached out and apologized for the inconvenience. I returned jacket prior to the reach out and didn't expect anyone to contact me. Yes the jacket had a hole but things happen and that's okay. They were very polite and understanding. They even sent a new one free of charge after the return which was amazing! Something they definitely didn't have to do. I would give a 10 star if I could. I highly recommend this company and jacket. The one they sent arrived yesterday and it is perfect. Feels amazing and will definitely keep me warm. 10 out of 10 I recommend!

Love the jacket
I Love the fit of this jacket but the zipper is difficult to use. The world needs to go back to buttons/hooks lol.

Hisea loose fit Mens XL Jacket
The reason I purchase this jacket is because for the cold nights were work and for the winter seasons.

Excellent coat, with an annoying left-handed zipper
This is a terrific, high-quality, true-to-fit insulated coat with room to wear layers underneath. Although it's promoted as a work/utility jacket it is also very smart looking for casual wear. I very much like that the outer shell is composed of a sturdy, densely-woven 100% cotton canvas. It has a soft, quilted, insulated inner liner throughout; body, sleeves and hood, that allow it to easily glide over clothing underneath. I greatly appreciate the thick rib-knit elastic cuffs and hem that keep cold air out, while for me the cuffs keep the sleeves in place and prevent them from overriding my wrists and hands, helping to create a more ideal fit. The pleated elbows add extra maneuverability while performing tasks. The stitching is sturdy and sound throughout, and the insulation is just enough to provide warmth without being too bulky. There are plenty of pockets. It has two front, non-insulated kangaroo pockets, with the right pocket sporting a convenient outer pen/pencil slot up front for easy access. It also has two inner breast pockets. The inner right pocket has a Velcro closure, whereas the left pocket has a zipper closure. The zippered pocket is just barely deep enough to house my Galaxy S22 Ultra phone.I have not traditionally been drawn to hooded garments, but it seems well placed on this coat for those times when things get extra chilly. The hood is larger than some, with drawstrings to snug it up.I appreciate that the front zipper is made of brass, but it's a bit tricky. The insertion pin is covered by a dense canvas hem that makes it difficult to fit into the box of the pull tab. Thereafter, zipping is sticky as the teeth elements don't always glide smoothly, but that may loosen up with time. But my biggest complaint is that the zipper is oddly left-handed, unlike all the other coats that I've regularly worn throughout my life. That design interferes with the lifelong-developed memory of my hands and fingers, and is very annoying. However, the overall quality of this coat makes up for that strange caveat.Overall this is a very well made and comfortable coat that is a good value, and easily recommendable, despite the zipper.

Very solid material
This is a serious tough and warm coat. The jacket material is quite thick, and clearly strong. The sewing around the cuff seams is amazing, with two sets of cuffs to help keep snow and water out. The outter cuffs are made of the same canvas as the coat, and offers a lip to pull from, so you're not pulling directly on the stretchy material to remove the coat. The inside lining is quite warm, but also very even to the touch. The hood is very spacious, and hangs easily with the weight it has over the head without using the pull rope, though it does have strong rope around the cuff if you want it. Together this makes it a very warm coat, far stronger than one would assume based on the weight and feel. The interior has pockets available, one with a small patch of Velcro like material for a loose hold, the other with a zipper. There's ample space for larger objects in both inside pockets. The outside pockets are made of the same strong canvas material, and hold quite well. The only negative thing I can note on this jacket is that is that it's a little warmer than I expected. That, and the company logo patch which is sewn on to the front is larger and brighter than I expected. I was able to easily use a thread ripper to pull the thread from around the patch and remove it without issue.Overall this is going to become my normal late fall toward early spring jacket. It's durable, warm, and easily hold items I want to transport safely.

So far so good.
So far so good. Jacket is comfortable and not too stiff. As I'm in Arizona and we're coming off of two months of record-breaking heat, I've only used it once on a trip to Utah so far. I was wearing breathable clothing as the day was warm. As the night progressed, it got cold, and I put the jacket on over my breathable clothing. Temps got down to about 45-50 and I was comfortable. Jacket seemed true to size so I can layer with more appropriate clothing underneath and think I'd be fine down to the 30's. Material seems solid. Build quality appears to be excellent. I imagine I'll get years of use out of this jacket.
