If you want to burn fat, sculpt your body, eat healthy and change your life? Do this workout!
I don't normally write reviews but I really had to for this one as I am 50 years and have always been in great shape and most people think I am about 25 because I have aged really well... But just like any 50 year old woman - I am actively fighting menopause (with herbal and plant supplements) and I have it under control with the exception of fat on the lower half of my body - belly, hips and thighs and I was using another exercise (no more than 15 minutes a day which is a breathing and holding exercise) which worked really well but a breathing and holding exercise is not going to burn fat and sculpt your body so I was looking for something (no more than 15 minutes a day because that is where I am at in life as I have no interest in killing myself like I did when I was younger). My goal is to burn and sculpt my body to get rid of the 5-10 pounds of fat that I currently have in these areas.So I asked the universe for something that would take no more than 15 minutes daily to help me burn the fat on my body as you burn fat overall. So I ordered this video and the first thing I did was watch all of the videos on the dvd just so I could see what the whole workout was about. As I mentioned, I am 50 and am no stranger to exercise as I love working out and have tried many things over the years include other 15 minute HIIT workouts...And what I noticed about this workout that is different from others is that this workout is VERY doable because each day you are doing a different workout so you will never get tired and different parts of your body are being worked every day. There are 11 videos and after the 11th video you do another round until you reach 30 days. This is only day 2 but I've been out here a long time and I know this will work if you do these workouts as I feel amazing - sore but in a good way. These workouts make you sweat and you know you are burning fat as there is no question about it AND the exercises are not complicated at all and the music is good so 15 minutes flies by. And in the end - if you can't find the time to workout for 15 minutes - not sure what I can say for you.... as 15 minutes a day can change your body and your life.....So I know some of the reviews mentioned issues about the DVDs but if you can get past that (and the customer services is great) and see this woman's amazing sculpted and lean body - wouldn't you want to have body like that as many of the videos over the years that I have done - trainers don't have bodies like this. Her body is what I want and I am willing to work for that.The other thing about this program that I wanted to mention that is key is the meal plan as I eat like this already but in reading through Aline's program - I do need to modify a few things to make my body a more effective fat burning machine. She is also explains about fats, proteins, carbs, etc. It's a complete program and well worth the money spent.In any event, this is a lifestyle change but one that you can do in approximately 15 minutes a day.I am looking forward to continuing as this is so much fun to do and I am glad that I attracted it into my energy field.

Love, love, love!!!
I absolutely love this workout video. It is an excellent 15 minute workout that I personally do 2x a day. It is intense enough to feel that you are working every inch of your body. I have only been doing it for a week now, but I am loving it. It is not your traditional workout video where each move is explained to you and there is not a lot of talking, but the exercises are familiar ones where you don't need to have them explained to you. At the beginning of each workout, she tells you what exercises you will be doing so that's helpful so you know what to expect in the workout. I love that it is more or less 18 minutes long with warm up and cool down. I can fit it in any time. I am so looking forward to the end of the 60 days. I am a 50 year old woman in more or less good shape. By no means am I an athlete, but I do exercise regularly and I am able to bring my heart rate up and get a good workout. I do not follow her diet plan as I am doing a combination of WW and Slim Fast shakes for diet.

This "diet package" is poorly written and would be impassable to fallow for anyone with a life! You are supposed to exercise on an empty stomach then drink a protein shake. One and a half hours later eat your first meal... then at 12 eat a meal, 3:00 meal, 5:00 meal & 7:00 meal! I work 8-5 how am i supposed to scramble eggs at 3:00 for a meal?! I returned this and since I bought from a third party seller I had to pay return shipping and they took 20%! Not happy don't waste your time or money

Ok workout but amateur production quality
The workouts and eating plan are sound - I've had the same exercises and eating approach recommended by several trainers and nutritionists. That said, the quality is pretty bad - numerous misspellings (worm up instead of warm up repeatedly), the directions are off track, and the audio dubs are often in the wrong place or just copied over and over. At times the instructor is seen looking off camera because she's lost her place and needs to be cued. This is a "B" production at best.

It does tone your body
I feel the workout is high intense (I am 60 yrs old), but It is short and its over before I give out. I have seen results as far as getting toned but has not lost any weight. (I don't have much to lose, I'm 130 @5'2"). The quality of the dvd is poor and skips a lot, but you can still do them. Over all I like it and do not regret my purchase. I would purchase again if needed. By the way I completed my 9th workout today and my stomach fat is melting away and my arms are toning and I notice I'm not hungry as much. I'm not following the meal plan but has cut out sweets and fried food.

Ok let’s be honest. I’m a mother of twins and I hate working out but I know I need to. I need to shift this baby weight.So far I’ve tried keto, yoga, weight watchers and some other fad diets without much success.I’ve found these exercises manageable, I truly enjoyed them which is saying something because I’m not an exercise person. The workouts are fun and are just the right length, I can get it done while the babies are napping during the morning.The checklist helps keep me on track, if there’s anything I really need it’s accountability or else I get lazy.I would recommend these DVDs for anyone who is looking for a good way to shift a few pounds.There are 2 disks, one works with a DVD player so you can work out in front of the tv and the other is for the PC and also contains PDF files with information about the plan.The meal plan is easy to follow and the tips to boost your metabolism seem to work. I don’t know if it’s the summer heat but I feel like my body is definitely doing something more to help burn calories and break down fat.Overall great value for money and something I’ll try hard to adopt into my everyday lifestyle!
