Very lightweight and soft, yet strong fabric. Purchased this to cover teepees we made for fur-kids and worked out wonderfully, until the chewing of the teepees started. Fabric is actually still holding up very well! Also, needed to change my order after realizing I had ordered a bit much and I was credited back part of payment , even though my order had already shipped. Customer service was quick and considerate! Very much appreciated and will definitely purchase again..when it's time for new puppy tepees!

I used this muslin fabric as the inner lining for face masks back in April when I was learning how to sew masks. It goes through my sewing machine easily and is very breathable. Best for use on days when you need to go out but do not have direct face-to-face contact with others. Just keep in mind the filtration efficiency would be very low with this since it such a loose weave (indicative of muslin).

You can use muslin fabric for many uses - I use it in lieu of cheesecloth for making foods and drinks and filtering out herbs, seeds, or large pieces that I just don't want in there. Rather than buy and toss cheesecloth after a single use, muslin works just as well (layer it) and it can be washed and reused - so there is less waste and in the end it costs much less. This was much more than I'd ever need - but the price is right and I can and have given some to friends.

My friends laugh at me when they come into my sewing room. The 2 yards of muslin is sort of folded up on top of my shelf and when they say 2 yards they mean it. It's a solid 2 yards. I suggest laying it out and cutting it in half. LOL. I might have to do that since it looks nasty perched up on my shelf in all its 2-yard glory.GREAT fabric. Excellent quality. I make toys with mine. No problems and I can use fabric paint on it - perfect finish.GREAT price too. Will last me quite some time.

This product finally came. Either the shipping or carrier had delayed delivery but it has arrived in good condition. It's just what I expected and will make great masks. You may not have the same delivery problem so feel confident to purchase it for the quality.

I used a piece to strain grapes for grape jelly and tea. It did an excellent job in both cases with no sediment. I washed the one I used to strain tea and there were no stains at all. I threw the grape one away. No way that was going to get clean. I like this better than the straining bags you would use for nuts and things like that. Those are iffy at best and most are poorly made. This muslin does an excellent job at straining and does not get clogged. And you can wash and reuse them. That makes them eco friendly in my book.

Material seems nice, only problem is it smells like wet cardboard. Why you ask? Because it was shipped in a cardboard envelope that isn't waterproof. The package and material were soaked through by the time I got home. Sadly, The material wasn't in a bag or protected from moisture in any way.
